News on A320 North of Woking Improvements

As part of the design and development of the new Ottershaw roundabout we asked local people last year to have a say on the soft landscaping of the village. Through the planning process we highlighted some initial ideas, including the use of native and ornamental planting and semi-mature trees, but want to hear your thoughts before any designs are finalised.

To make sure that everyone has had an opportunity to comment, we will be issuing communication, about the questionnaire, to all Ottershaw residents from next week and we have extended the closing date to 23 February 2024.

The questionnaire is phase one of a two phase engagement process with residents regarding landscaping. The initial feedback received via the questionnaire will help us form a landscaping plan which we can then present in a virtual meeting with residents.

It is important for us that you share your views via the questionnaire in the first instance as this is crucial to shaping the jointly agreed plan we will present. The virtual meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to speak to the project team and ask any questions about the landscaping plan as presented. We will share more details about this at a later date.
